My Story
I have worked within the animal sector since 2006 and within the veterinary industry since 2010. In 2012, I set up a hydrotherapy referral service in association with a veterinary practice and over the years developed this into a full rehabilitation service offering Hydrotherapy, Electrotherapies and veterinary-led Acupuncture and pain management clinics.
My vision is to provide pets with a complete rehabilitation service and to reach out to clients from a variety of different practices.
When I was around 8 years old, I was in a shop with my grandmother and she let me choose a wallet card, it read:
This is a mantra that I have always carried with me (I still have the card!) and I am continually motivated and inspired by all the pets and their owners whom I get to work with. My passion resides particularly with the “oldies” and the management of senior dogs. These are such precious beings with deep attachments with their owners and I feel especially privileged to be able to form part of their journey and maintain their quality of life.
I have a BSc(Hons) degree in Applied Animal Behavioural Science and Welfare, accompanied with extensive knowledge in assisting with problem behaviour management and the application of enrichment. This enables a global treatment approach that ensures best treatment outcomes.
